Agitated Solutions seeks to enhance the use of ultrasound to improve efficiency and clinical outcomes.

Mission

Agitated Solutions (ASI) is a Minnesota-based company developing tools to improve ultrasound imaging and aid in diagnosis across multiple clinical applications. In early 2024, ASI received medical device licensing in Canada for its first product, a revolutionary ultrasound imaging agent, called the Orbis Microbubble Generator, for use in saline contrast echocardiography studies and has begun clinical use in key Canadian centers. ASI intends to expand into the European market and is initiating a US trial for the cardiology application (learn more at www.clinicaltrials.gov). Additional products in development include a software algorithm to aid in the characterization of cardiac shunt severity and provide clinically relevant information to support clinical decision-making as well as line extensions of the Orbis Microbubble generator for other clinical imaging applications, including orthopedics and interventional radiology.
